Dj ruckus started dj'ing back in the year 1999 originally playing a psy/goa
trance style but then quickly moved onto a more melodic form of hard trance.
As a founding member of scattered productions Ruckus's first gigs centered
around Scattered and the club they where running at the time the infamous
Chemistry niteclub. At chemistry Ruckus was playing alongside names such as
Jason Midro, Scott Alert, Master Kaos and many more. It wasn't until new years
03/04 for Ruckus to start taking off, with gigs playing at some of the biggest
festiviles in australia such as Two Tribes, Sunshine People and Riot playing
alongside names such as Kai tracid, ASYS, Derb, Hennes and Cold, BT, Green
Velvet,James Lawson, Mauro picotto and many many more.

2004 was also a huge year in the fact that ruckus decided he was fed up with the
hard trance sound and found a love in electro/ electro house... Ruckus also
started a new venture in 04 with his buisness partner Ryan Goodwin in
Scatterfunk.....In 6 months Scatterfunk has proved to be a force in the melb
dance scene with a no genre policy the label has gone from strength to strength
with every promoter in melb keen to have a scatterfunk room at there party's
with the likes of Transatlantic with Adam Beyer and Joel Mull Axis with Jeff
Mills Sunshine People with Tiga, Miss kitten Dumonde, Heiko Laux and Tom
Middleton and also Pharmacy with Cosmic Gate, Ben Simms and Chris Leibing. 05
looks set to be dj ruckus's biggest year with strong alliances with richie
Mcniel from Hardware fame and crews such as Trauma, Pharmacy, Lasergun, MTC and
the Kandy Kollective 05 looks set to be a very very busy year......
